About Ucchi Pillayar Temple

Ucchi Pillayar koil, is a seventh century Hindu temple, one committed to Master Ganesh found a best of Rockfort, Trichy, Tamil Nadu, India. Fancifully this stone is where Master Ganesh kept running from Lord Vibishana, subsequent to building up the Ranganathaswamy divinity in Srirangam. 

Vibhishana, was the more youthful sibling of the Asura Ruler Ravana who ruled Lanka.
