This Temple Was Constructed By The Rulers Of Baland Dynasty In The 17th Century. A Unique Feature Of This Temple Is A Pond, Which Is Used For Collecting The Offerings To The Deity, So She Indeed Fulfills The Wishes Of The Devotees.

The Occasions Which Are Of Great Importance To This Temple Are Ashwin And Chaitra Navratri, Dussehra And Diwali. These Festivals Are Celebrated With Pomp And Gaiety By The Temple.
